Doug Hadaway serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations for Multicast Media Technologies, Inc. and brings with him more than 23 years of proven strategy, operations and finance experience. Prior to joining Multicast, Hadaway served as CEO and CFO of Marketworks, a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) e-commerce provider, where he orchestrated the company's merger with ChannelAdvisor Corp. Prior to Marketworks, Hadaway was CFO at Synchrologic, which pioneered technology enabling wireless synchronization of email and personal information to smart phones and other mobile devices. Hadaway has played an integral role in raising more than $200 million in capital and managing acquisitions aggregating in excess of $500 million. Hadaway also held executive-level financial and strategy positions with Netzip, Link2Gov and Premiere Global Services. Hadaway is an active member in the community and currently serves as a Coach in the CapVenture program sponsored by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and the Advanced Technology Development Center ("ATDC").
