Over the past 20 years Pam Hege has played a major role in the development and implementation of product development and traditional and Internet marketing initiatives that have driven substantial user and revenue growth for a variety of companies including Cox Newspapers, Monster.com, Benchmark Brands, Glory Foods, Comcast, Best Western Hotels, and the Georgia Department of Tourism. Results of her efforts for these businesses include a substantial year-over-year revenue growth for an e-retailer; double-digit year-over-year growth of registered job seekers and HR customers for a recruitment site; a 21% increase in product sales during a promotional campaign and the generation of $1.4 million dollars in six months by streamlining the e-commerce process for self-serve Internet customers. In addition, she built and sold a successful marketing and promotions company catering to the needs of the entertainment and packaged goods industry.

Her key strength is initiating and implementing product development and marketing concepts and strategies that turn companies into profit machines. She is an accomplished and results-driven professional with experience in both traditional and non-traditional product development and marketing strategies. These include the development and launch of a variety of Internet sites, sales organizations, customer management programs, e-retail initiatives and Internet marketing programs.

She has a proven ability to identify and take advantage of unrecognized opportunities to accelerate expansion, increase revenues, and improve profit contributions in a variety of industries. Her demonstrated background in developing and implementing these strategies with cross-functional expertise in promotions, advertising, affiliate and partnership programs, public relations, budgeting and sales/creative staff management has proven to be a key reason for her success.
