James "Jim" Byrne brings more than 10 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Internet solutions, with specialization in content delivery, streaming video, media hosting and monetization techniques. Prior to joining Multicast, Mr. Byrne held numerous positions at VitalStream Inc., a company specializing in audio and video delivery more than the Internet. As a founding member of VitalStream, Mr. Byrne was instrumental in all stages of the company’s product line—from product development to sales—including identifying strategic business partnerships and ultimately expanding the company’s product depth. Mr. Byrne earned his bachelor’s in biology from Chapman University in Orange, California.
