Lou Schwartz

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer - Multicast

Lou Schwartz’s vision and leadership have been the driving force behind the growth and success of Multicast, a company that has not only pioneered the way video content is managed, distributed and consumed over the Internet, but has also helped many satisfied clients define winning business models. Since co-founding the company in 2000, Mr. Schwartz has led the organization and its strategic direction.

Prior to launching Multicast, from 1993 to 2000, Mr. Schwartz practiced corporate and securities law guiding numerous companies from the earliest stages of private seed financing through the public offering of securities. While practicing law, Mr. Schwartz completed mergers and acquisitions aggregating in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Schwartz received his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and law degree from Mississippi College School of Law.

Mark Koulogeorge

Managing General Partner - MK Capital

Mark Koulogeorge has been a member of Multicast's board of directors since 2004. He is a founder and Managing General Partner of MK Capital, a $150 million venture capital fund that focuses on software, outsourced business solutions and new media. Mr. Koulogeorge has more than 15 years of private equity and venture capital experience. He has served on the boards of directors of more than 20 technology companies, which have collectively achieved liquidity events in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Koulogeorge is a director of Aprimo, First Choice Solutions, Go2Call, Knowlagent, Kontiki and Multicast. Mr. Koulogeorge holds a master's degree in business from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College.

Todd Johnson

Chairman - Kontiki

Todd Johnson is a 22-year Silicon Valley veteran. He has extensive experience leading companies ranging from start-ups to multi-million dollar technology companies, overseeing the direction of business development, strategic alliances, sales and infrastructure operations. Mr. Johnson most recently served as CEO of Kontiki until VeriSign acquired it in the spring of 2006. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as president of Jamcracker, which provides software and services that enable companies to manage their on-demand delivery and software-as-a-service solutions.

While president of Jamcracker, Johnson was responsible for sales, alliances, product development, engineering, marketing and service delivery. Prior to Jamcracker, he held positions at BackWeb, a leading provider of push communications infrastructure for e-business. Previously, he directed Silicon Graphics' server solutions division, the worldwide marketing and communications division, and the industry and applications marketing organization. Before Silicon Graphics, Mr. Johnson spent seven years at Hewlett-Packard in a number of key marketing and operations positions. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Santa Clara University.

John Textor

Founder and President of Wyndcrest Holdings

John Textor has served as managing principal of Wyndcrest Holdings, LLC since its formation in 1997. Wyndcrest is a Florida-based private investment and acquisition firm focused on technology-related opportunities in Entertainment, Telecommunications and the Internet. In connection with Wyndcrest, Mr. Textor often holds positions of leadership within Wyndcrest portfolio companies. Since 2002, he has served as chairman and CEO of BabyUniverse, Inc. (Nasdaq "POSH"), a leading female-focused new media company, based in Jupiter, Florida. Since 2005, Mr. Textor has served, along with Wesleyan alumnus and film director Michael Bay, as Executive Co-Chairman of Digital Domain, Inc., a leading visual effects and animation company based in Venice, California.

Mr. Textor also served as chairman and CEO of Sims Snowboards, a top-tier worldwide snowboard brand. Mr. Textor was a founding director of a Wyndcrest portfolio company, Lydian Trust Company / Virtual Bank.com, a Palm Beach-based diversified financial services with nearly $2 billion in assets and $14 billion of assets-under-advisement.

Prior to Wyndcrest, Mr. Textor was jointly responsible for strategic planning and corporate finance for the Michael Swerdlow Companies, a $1 billion merchant banking joint venture among Nelson Peltz, Peter May and Shearson Lehman Hutton. Previously, Mr. Textor was employed in the New York Investment Banking Group of Shearson Lehman Hutton. Mr. Textor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.

Kirk Wolfe

Principal - MK Capital

Kirk Wolfe is a Principal with MK Capital. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Wolfe has leveraged his software start-up operating experience to help companies in the digital media industry. He places his investment focus on opportunities in this industry and works closely with the firm's online video infrastructure and content investments. Prior to joining MK Capital, Mr. Wolfe spent considerable time in management roles for leading technology companies, including co-founding an open source software business. He also served as a field operations executive at Ariba, Inc.—a global provider of Enterprise Spend Management solutions. As an early stage Ariba employee, Mr. Wolfe was responsible for establishing and growing the field operations team. Before joining Ariba, he led the construction of the first business-to-consumer online store at Motorola, Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked at Accenture serving clients in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Wolfe received his MBA from Stanford University and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. In addition to Multicast Media, he currently serves on the boards of HealthiNation and Kontiki while also serving as a board observer for Generate.
